Founded in 2021 by Esaïe Mundi, ADO is an international non-profit organization (INGO) operating across all 54 African countries.
We address pressing global challenges, including:

Vision Boss is World a wholly subsidiary owned of ADO is 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2017 by Esaïe Mundi. The organization’s mission is to identify, educate, train, and organize youths to promote the principles of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. We’re a team of passionate optimists driven to help others realize their potential and dedicated on supporting philanthropists and business peoples to the well being and development of the youths, who share the same understanding to empowering the education and young entrepreneurs tomorrow will contribute on more diverse and innovative industry leaders by building lifelong learning skills.
